The Thomas Street Development required 6 storeys over basement of retail and commercial space, flexible in layout to allow various tenants to coexist and expand as necessary. The brick exterior and simple rhythmic fenestration sought to blend sympathetically with the Georgian buildings of the area without taking from their historic aesthetic. This building is currently being fitted out for multinational company Uber as its Irish headquarters.
