The newly formed Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) offices will be located in the historical Granary Building in the heart of Limerick City. The fit out will be contemporary with an industrial feel to complement the stone walls and high ceilings of the granary building. The new offices will benefit from dual aspect and the core meeting, conference and photocopy booth will be timber clad boxes strategically inserted into the open plan.
