This fitout comprises of 480 m² office space to the top three floors of a shell and core building. On arrival at second floor level, the reception area is lit by a feature backlit fabric ceiling and fabric screen behind the reception desk. A simple palette of cool greys, warmed with walnut joinery gives a corporate ambiance. A butterfly suspended ceiling slopes from the centre of the plan towards the outer walls to maximize natural daylight, with exposed concrete ceilings retained in front of windows to maximize floor to ceiling heights over open plan areas.
