Comprising of a Day Resource Centre and 2 supported residential units for people with disabilities, the Thurles Resource Centre is located on a narrow site on the outskirts of the town. The residential units form an edge to a new street leading to the Resource Centre creating a community feel to the development.

A simple traditional palette of materials, facades of white render, elements of timber cladding and simple grey windows with alternating single pitched slate roof slopes respects the local architecture providing a contemporary vibrant aesthetic.
