The Plassey Park feasibility study sought to explore a large scale office development for the National Technolgical Park located in Castletroy, Limerick to address the shortage of quality office space in Limerick.  The site is a prominent corner site and the proposed office building was located strategically to maximise visibility from approaching roads. The plan of the building is a wedge shape  providing interesting open plan workspaces and the narrow plan maximises both natural daylight and ventilation.

The form of the building incorporates a sloped parapet to emphasize the wedge plan form, while recessed glazed zones create moving shadows through the day adding further interest to the façade.
