Following the amalgamation of Limerick City and Limerick County Council’s, a temporary central planning office was required. The brief was to refurbish the former AIB bank at 07/08 Patrick Street Limerick. This included a public counter and meeting rooms at ground floor level, with staff offices and meeting rooms at upper levels for 50 staff members. A simple colour palette of greys with an accent of lime green gives the interior a fresh ambiance while the warm beech built in furniture and glazed screens warm the interior.
